Dr. Douglas Allen is dual board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and interventional pain management. Pain management is a sub-specialty of medicine that has evolved over the last 15 years to better treat the specific needs of patients suffering from acute and chronic painful conditions. Dr. Allen received his interventional pain training at Jackson Memorial Hospital/ University of Miami’s Department of Anesthesiology. He received his Physiatry training at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan.

Russell Stram PT, LAc, Russell received a MS in Physical Therapy from New York Medical in 1999 and a MS in Acupuncture from Tri-State College of Acupuncture in New York City in 2005. Since becoming a physical therapist, Russell has worked exclusively in orthopedic outpatient settings, treating patients following sports injuries and surgeries, balance and gait problems, and occupational or repetitive strain. Once a competitive collegiate middle distance runner, Russell currently enjoys running marathons, recreational swimming, and maintaining his proficiency in Japanese.
